Payment

Payments for the Academy must be received by May 31, 2008. Any questions regarding payment can be directed to the ASJA Central Office staff at (979) 845-5262.

Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY: All cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing by May 31, 2008. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. An email to asja@tamu.edu should be received no later than midnight May 31, 2008 to receive a full refund of the registration fee (minus an administrative fee of $25.00).

Refund requests received after May 31, 2008, but prior to 14 days from the start of the Academy programs (June 9, 2008) will receive a 50% refund. Request for refunds received after the deadline will not be considered and participants are encouraged to send a substitute in their place if they must cancel their attendance. Refunds will be sent within four to six weeks after the Academy has concluded.
